Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a seasoned leader to design and govern executive compensation programs and equity plans for its global population.

You will work closely with the board and compensation committee to ensure pay-for-performance alignment, competitive positioning, and regulatory compliance across all programs. You will guide a team of compensation professionals, manage external consultants, and partner with Legal, Finance, and HR on disclosures, proxy materials, and long-range total rewards

Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive compensation and experience supporting public company boards/execs.
• Fluency in executive comp plan design, ISS/Glass Lewis methodologies, regulatory requirements, and SEC disclosures.
• Ability to lead teams in quantitative analyses and modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for board- and exec-level audiences.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development and management of content, synthesize data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs.
• Manage and develop a team of compensation analysts and managers.
• Own end-to-end executive comp workstreams including salary structures and incentive plans.
• Lead board/compensation committee calendar and materials.
• Manage relationships with external compensation consultants and advisors.
• Lead plan assessment, metric selection, payout modeling with Legal and Finance.
• Ensure compliance (SEC disclosures, Section 409A, 280G).
• Partner on proxy statements, filings, and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition on executive offers and special compensation events.
• Oversee annual compensation cycle for executive population.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments; oversee peer benchmarking.
• Contribute to broader P&P initiatives beyond compensation.
