You will design total compensation, lead incentive and salary structures, and collaborate with People Analytics to benchmark and optimize spend while ensuring governance and scalability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in compensation or related partner role with executives
• Deep compensation craft: incentive plans, salary structures, job architecture
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate objectives into pay decisions
• Analytical and AI skills: market benchmarking, pay equity, financial modeling
• Experience framing compensation options for executives and driving decisions
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR and leadership teams across geographies

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive teams and HR to execute talent strategy and pay programs
• Design and lead scalable compensation programs (incentives, salary structures, promotions)
• Collaborate with People & Places HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics on rewards
• Use HR technologies and analytics to benchmark, model costs, and justify decisions
• Establish governance and repeatable processes to scale programs
• Drive pay competitiveness, retention, and pay-for-performance alignment
