Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and improve compensation programs that support our business strategy, transformation initiatives, and employee experience.

This role leverages compensation expertise, data analytics, market intelligence, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure pay practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to understand compensation needs using market data and internal equity analyses.
• Support annual merit planning, promotions, salary adjustments, incentive programs, and other pay-related initiatives.
• Evaluate compensation requests and provide recommendations aligned with pay philosophy, structures, and business objectives.
• Assist in compensation activities related to organizational growth, M&A, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Develop scalable compensation processes to support continued organizational growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
