Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a leader to design, govern, and execute executive compensation programs and broad-based equity plans. You will partner with the board, CEO Staff, Legal, Finance, and other leaders to ensure pay-for-performance alignment and regulatory compliance.

You will manage a team of compensation analysts, own annual and long-term incentive plans, and coordinate board materials every cycle, while benchmarking against market trends and adapting to evolving governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive compensation, with direct experience supporting a public company board/compensation committee and senior executives.
• Fluency in executive comp plan design, ISS/Glass Lewis methodologies, regulatory requirements, and SEC disclosures.
• Ability to lead teams in quantitative analyses and modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for board- and executive-level audiences.
• Experience in using AI tools to accelerate the development and management of content, synthesize data and insights, conduct modeling, and other relevant use cases.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or JD a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of executive compensation programs.
• Lead board/compensation committee calendar and materials.
• Manage relationships with external compensation consultants.
• Lead plan design with Legal, Finance, and business leaders.
• Ensure SEC disclosure and regulatory compliance.
• Partner on proxy statements and other filings.
• Coordinate executive job offers and special compensation cases.
• Lead annual compensation cycle for executives.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in executive pay.
• Contribute to broader P&P initiatives.
