Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Compensation Partner to serve as the primary compensation resource for the Customer organization, partnering with HRBP leaders and People Partners. The role focuses on data-driven guidance for offers, equity, leveling, and promotions, and on owning the compensation cycle end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with incentive plans and strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Sales Operations to model budgets and forecast outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience, including senior partnership with business leaders.
• End-to-end ownership of cyclical compensation programs for customer orgs.
• Experience implementing, administering, and communicating Sales incentive plans.
• Partner with Finance and Sales Operations on incentive-plan modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Customer organization and leaders.
• Provide data-informed guidance on offers, equity, leveling, promotions, retention actions, and out-of-cycle requests.
• Own compensation-cycle execution end-to-end: benchmarking, budgeting, enablement, and leadership rollups.
• Lead competitive intelligence for Customer roles and monitor pay practices and talent movement.
