You will serve as the subject-matter expert on compensation philosophy, salary structures, and market pricing, and partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on pay decisions.

The role requires managing annual compensation processes, ensuring equity, and delivering insightful analytics to executives.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate compensation programs that align with business objectives.

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.

Responsibilities
