Lennox International in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead compensation programs, analyze roles, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to drive compensation decisions and program improvements.

The role requires deep compensation expertise, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead administration of compensation programs including bonus, commissions, stock, and base salary.
• Analyze positions and prepare job descriptions via questionnaires and interviews.
• Review and audit job evaluations for accurate classification.
• Participate in salary surveys and shape pay structures to stay competitive.
• Conduct analysis on incentive compensation, sales compensation, equity, and base pay.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and HR partners.
• Develop continuous process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and deliver training to communicate compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance by investigating and resolving compensation issues.
• Act as a trusted compensation consultant to HR partners and leaders.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior compensation team members.

5+ years experience in compensation

Bachelor’s degree

HR Management degree (preferred)
