Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Irving, TX, is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs. You will partner with HR leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay aligned with business goals and market data.

The role requires at least five years of compensation experience, strong Excel analysis skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ compensation experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience interacting with leaders and executives on compensation matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain career paths, job architecture and grading frameworks.
• Guide job descriptions reflecting responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.
• Analyze, document and evaluate jobs for appropriate grade level and FLSA status using market data.
• Review pay change inquiries and provide guidance based on pay philosophy and market data.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis and support annual market assessments.
• Participate in building and maintaining compensation pay structures.
• Assist in design and administration of compensation programs and metrics.
• Identify eligibility for participation in incentive, merit increase plans.
