Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. in Warren, NJ is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to help drive our global compensation strategy, ensure competitive pay practices, and support equity initiatives across our diverse workforce.

As a pivotal member of the total rewards team, you will run benchmarking surveys, maintain salary structures, analyze data with Beqom and Payscale, and partner with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure pay transparency and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years of compensation experience.
Knowledge of compensation practices and market trends; ability to propose analyses.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Workday, and data analysis tools.
Ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies in daily work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management (Business, Finance, HR, Legal).
CCP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support benchmarking through surveys, salary structure maintenance, and Payscale management.
Manage Beqom and analyze data for pay equity and compliance.
Lead audits of compensation data and prepare executive/board reports.
Collaborate with regional HR and Talent Acquisition on local needs.
Assist senior rewards team with data, benefits, and equity projects.
