Everest Global Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive global compensation strategy and equity initiatives. You will partner with HR and Finance to ensure fair pay practices, conduct benchmarking using Payscale, and manage Beqom analytics across regions.

The role supports the total rewards team and requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Workday, and a CCP is a plus. Hybrid role in Warren, NJ with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of compensation experience is required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and market trends.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools öner/advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support the annual compensation review process with data analysis.
• Participate in salary benchmarking and equity initiatives across regions.
• Analyze compensation data for trends, gaps, and fairness including EU Pay Transparency.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to address regional needs and audits.
