Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive global compensation strategy and equity initiatives. The role supports benchmarking, pay equity, and annual reviews while partnering with regional HR and Talent Acquisition.

The position is hybrid, based in Warren, NJ, with three days onsite and two remote. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in compensation, strong Excel and Workday skills, and a focus on data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or accounting preferred.
• 2–5 years of compensation experience.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and ability to formulate analysis and proposals.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Workday, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies and insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (Business, Finance, HR, Legal).
• CCP designation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support compensation benchmarking through survey participation and salary-structure maintenance.
• Manage Pay Equity data and analyze compensation trends for equity and fairness.
• Lead audits of compensation data and support executive reporting.
• Collaborate with regional HR and Talent Acquisition on local compensation needs.
• Assist senior team with data, benefits, and equity projects.
