SeekWell is seeking a Compensation Analyst to drive market benchmarking, internal equity analyses, and pay-structure recommendations across our U.S. operations in Utah. You will support merit processes, data integrity, and collaboration with HR partners to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Human Resources with compensation experience and laws knowledge.
• Experience compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data using spreadsheets.
• Ability to map market data to compensation structures.
• Experience with salary surveys (Radford, Mercer) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to position jobs competitively and generate reports.
• Perform internal equity analyses for offers, postings, and adjustments.
• Determine compensation structures using market intelligence.
• Provide insights on compensation program trends and alignment.
• Administer annual merit review process and related data management.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on status or job changes.
• Audit HRIS data for integrity and document issues.
