Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 8 years of compensation experience.
• Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end compensation programs and annual planning cycle.
• Provide consultative support to HR Leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation matters.
• Audit data and maintain job descriptions to ensure policy compliance and career mapping.
