Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to administer and improve compensation programs across client groups. You will ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, provide expert guidance on job evaluation, base pay administration, and rewards practices.

You will lead data-driven market analyses, manage market surveys, and mentor junior analysts. The role requires collaboration with business Units and adherence to applicable wage laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, economics or statistics.
• 3+ years related experience in human resources
• Licenses/Certifications Certified Compensation Professional preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves as strategic compensation partner for assigned client group(s).
• conducts job analysis and evaluates positions.
• Determines market ranges using market data and classifications.
• Mentors and leads compensation analysts and interns for reporting tasks.
• Owns reporting and system requirements for Compensation CoE.
