Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and maintain competitive compensation programs across multiple sites. You will prepare market data, support salary reviews, and ensure alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.

The role involves partnering with HR and leaders to provide guidance on pay decisions, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-growing clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of compensation, finance, or related analytical experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of compensation programs, policies, and pay guidelines.
• Conduct market pricing and compensation analysis using surveys and benchmarks.
• Review job descriptions and classify positions; ensure correct exemption status and salary range placement.
• Collaborate with HR, TA, and leaders on pay decisions, promotions, transfers, and equity adjustments.
• Assist with annual compensation planning, merit reviews, and budget tracking.
• Maintain compensation data in HR systems and audit for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare compensation reports and analyses to identify trends and risks.
• Participate in compensation surveys and validation of survey data.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws and pay transparency requirements.
• Develop and revise job descriptions, policies, and process guides.
