Job summary

Allina Health, a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin, is seeking a Compensation professional to lead market pricing, job evaluations, and base pay administration for assigned client groups.

The role oversees a data and analytics function, manages annual compensation processes, and mentors compensation analysts and interns while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. This is a 1.0 FTE, day shift position with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, economics or statistics.
• 3+ years related experience in human resources.

Responsibilities

• Serves as strategic compensation partner for assigned client group(s) to provide data, answer questions and respond to requests.
• Owns Reporting and System requirements for Compensation CoE.
• Leads large cyclical processes for Compensation CoE.
• Mentors and leads compensation analysts and interns for reporting functions and daily tasks.
