Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of relevant regulations (FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, pay equity laws).
Responsibilities
Conduct complex job evaluations and market pricing analyses using multiple survey sources.
Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases and bonus processes.
Partner with HR Business Partners to provide consultative support on compensation matters.
