Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, pay equity laws).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex job evaluations and market pricing analyses using multiple survey sources.
  • Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases and bonus processes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide consultative support on compensation matters.
