Job summary

Harvest Midstream is seeking a Compensation Specialist to design, administer, and continually improve total rewards programs across base pay, incentives, and relocation. You will partner with HR, finance, and leadership to ensure competitive and compliant programs.

The role involves hands-on analysis, communications for employees and candidates, and collaboration with vendors. Travel ~25% is expected, and a CCP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• CCP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of HR experience with compensation program administration.
• Experience with base pay and incentive programs; LTIP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; strong data analysis.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market data.
• Ability to travel approx. 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, administration, and improvement of total rewards programs.
• Perform market benchmarking using surveys, proxy data and other sources; provide data-driven analyses.
• Develop and deliver compensation and benefits communications to employees and candidates.
• Monitor industry trends and propose enhancements to reward strategies.
• Support LTIP administration and annual grant cycle with compliance and communications."
• Provide guidance on short- and long-term incentive programs aligned with goals and performance.
