Job summary

Harvest Midstream seeks a Compensation Specialist to design, administer, and continuously improve total rewards aligned with business goals. The role handles base pay, incentives, LTIP, total rewards communications, and benefits administration across a diverse workforce.

You will partner with HR, finance, and leadership to ensure compliant, competitive, and equitable compensation programs while supporting annual salary planning and relocations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with compensation program administration, market pricing, job evaluation, and salary planning.
• Experience designing, implementing, and administering base pay and incentive programs; LTIP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills with Excel PivotTables and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of compensation programs, coordinating vendors as needed.
• Support executive compensation programs with market benchmarking and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and deliver compensation and benefits communications to employees and candidates.
