Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year as a compensation analyst or in a highly analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and recommend rate changes.
• Review and investigate Workday compensation actions for accuracy.
• Model analyses to support compensation and total rewards programs.
• Collect market data and benchmark positions against the market.
• Draft job descriptions and collaborate with stakeholders.
