Union Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support compensation administration, analysis, and market benchmarking. You will partner with leaders to evaluate positions, ensure internal equity, and comply with wage regulations using Lawson/Workday and HRIS tools.

The role emphasizes data-informed recommendations, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvements within a healthcare environment.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or accounting or equivalent
3–5 years of progressively responsible compensation experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HRIS applications
Healthcare industry experience is a plus and Lawson/Workday experience preferred
CCP designation or progress toward certification is a plus

Mansioni

Administer and analyze compensation programs for internal equity and market competitiveness
Conduct job evaluations using market data and organizational structure
Perform advanced compensation analyses including market benchmarking and salary offers
Partner with leaders to evaluate new or revised positions and assess impact
