Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related field.
• Strong understanding of market pricing and internal equity.
• Experience with salary range maintenance and job matching.

Responsibilities

• Manage market data and support annual market data refreshes.
• Support job pricing and benchmarking for new roles.
• Provide compensation analysis and guidance on offers.
• Support bi-annual performance review cycles with data integrity.
• Manage compensation data integrity with regular audits.
