This role focuses on data integrity, KPI tracking, and merit/bonus processes for Field and Non-Field employees. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in compensation analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and administration.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and Power BI experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS preferred.
• Exposure to variable compensation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, periodically update, and run data and customized tracking reports using the HRIS system and vendor databases.
• Assist in data collection for quarterly commission and incentive payments for Field and Non-Field employees.
• Manage survey requirements and track costs to support KPI reporting including compensation costs and labor costs.
• Manage the quarterly incentive process for relevant positions, including data validation, collection of achievement results, and processing payments to Payroll.
• Provide analysis and Power BI reports on HR data such as turnover and headcount.
• Collaborate during annual compensation planning to ensure data accuracy for merit and bonus processes.
• Support data integrity initiatives and data cleanup across HR systems.
• Handle ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting requests as needed.
