Job summary

Schindler Group in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Sr Compensation Analyst to support analytics, reporting and quarterly incentive processes within the Total Rewards team. You will build reports in HRIS and Power BI, analyze compensation data, and partner with HR and finance on merit and bonus cycles.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in compensation, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with SuccessFactors HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, periodically update, and run data and tracking reports using the HRIS system and vendor databases.
• Assist in data collection and processing of quarterly commission and incentive payments.
• Manage survey requirements and track costs for KPI reporting including compensation costs and labor costs.
