Job summary

Schindler Morristown, NJ is seeking a Sr Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. You will analyze compensation data, build Power BI reports, manage incentive payments, and support annual planning. The role requires robust Excel skills and HRIS experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate HR data, and support ongoing compensation initiatives. Base salary is disclosed with a potential annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills are required.
• Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS is preferred.
• Exposure to variable compensation programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and run data and reports using the HRIS system and vendor databases.
• Assist in data collection and processing of quarterly commission and incentive payments.
• Manage survey requirements and KPI reporting including compensation costs and labor costs.
• Manage quarterly incentive process including data validation and payroll processing.
• Provide analysis and Power BI reports on HR data like turnover and headcount.
• Collaborate during annual compensation planning for merit and bonus processes.
• Ensure data integrity across HR through validation and cleanup.
• Support ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting requests.
