Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Morristown, NJ is seeking an HRIS Specialist to maintain employee master data, drive HRIS process improvements, and deliver HR reports to support decision-making. You will audit data, develop procedures, train users, and partner with IT and Global HR Solutions on projects and system updates, while handling internal support tickets and UAT.

Required: a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 2–4 years HRIS experience, and hands-on work with SAP, SuccessFactors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/discipline (ie: HRIS, information systems).
• 2 - 4 Years HRIS experience.
• HRIS experience with Global View, SAP and Success Factors.
• Strong experience/understanding of position management.
• Strong business orientation with IT knowledge to interface across business and IT.
• Excellent understanding of government requirements and regulations as they impact HRIS systems.
• Strong functional knowledge across all key human resource disciplines.
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations and employee population to support HRIS objectives.
• Perform auditing by running queries and analyzing data to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation; train system users on new processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT and Global HR Solutions on projects and system updates.
• Manage internal support tickets for employee lifecycle events.
• Project work including issue evaluation, features implementation, process/workflow improvement, and UAT.
• Create and maintain SOPs related to areas of responsibility.
