Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of compensation experience OR master's degree and 2 years of compensation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with faculty and staff.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, laws, and current job markets.

Responsibilities

• Administers and leads staff compensation and classification programs.
• Analyzes positions to determine titles, pay ranges, and hierarchy.
• Provides guidance and training to other analysts and HR partners.
