Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of compensation, classification, and policy interpretation.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and equity in pay practices.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes position descriptions and compensation requests.
• Performs compensation assessments such as job establishments, reclassification, promotions, and org structure reviews.
• Evaluates classifications and compensation per university pay practices and systems.
• Assists in creating new job classifications and designing compensation programs.
• Develops classification reports and maintains special designation records.
• Generates reports to support structure adjustments and market data analyses.
