Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; experience in compensation preferred.
• Five years of HR experience with focus on compensation and classification.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and policy development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex compensation and classification projects.
• Prepare executive compensation proposals in consultation with leadership.
• Coordinate materials for BOT UFP committee and related bodies.
• Conduct compensation studies and data analyses to inform decisions.
• Develop policies and prepare executive-level reports and communications.
• Provide executive administrative support on special projects.
