Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and three years of related experience.
• Experience with HR systems training and operations is preferred.
• Ability to provide training, support, and policy interpretation for HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, support, troubleshooting and policy interpretation for assigned HR systems.
• Review, test and document system modifications to maintain service levels and regulatory adherence.
• Develop online training and documentation; conduct seminars campus-wide.
