Job summary

Sasser, based in Oak Brook, Illinois, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation design across multiple entities. Responsibilities include merit cycles, external surveys, and sales incentive analysis, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and reporting. Hybrid-work model with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, business or related field required.
• 4–7 years of compensation or total rewards experience with job matching and market pricing.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and compensation modeling.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing methodologies.
• Experience supporting sales incentive or variable compensation programs.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills; Workday HCM familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking for new and existing roles.
• Develop reports to evaluate pay equity and competitiveness; translate findings for leadership.
• Build compensation models for hires, promotions, and reorganizations.
• Maintain pay grade structures and annual merit cycle administration.
• Administer and audit sales incentive plans and annual planning cycles.
• Support benefits invoicing, vendor relationships, and renewal processes.
