Upcoresolutions is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join our Career Consulting team in Chicago. This role leads large-scale projects, mentors staff, and collaborates with senior HR leaders to design and implement compensation strategies that attract and retain talent.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office/client-site days. You will focus on pay structure, market analysis, and regulatory compliance, while expanding client relationships and contributing to revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of compensation consulting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong client relationship management with executives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure and interpret analyses by project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies and programs.
• Lead delivery of large-scale projects.
• Support business development and cross-selling.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and relationships.
