Job summary

Chicago Trading Company seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive the annual compensation cycle, set packages for hires and moves, and lead market survey submissions. You will work with the HCM Operations Lead and finance to model bonuses and provide insights for leadership.

Build trust with executives, expand into other HCM analytics, and help shape compensation philosophy across the firm. Hybrid work model and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in HR compensation with relevant analytical background.
Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills for compensation decisions.
Experience with market surveys and compensation benchmarking.

Responsibilities

Own execution of the annual compensation cycle and related data tracking.
Lead market pricing strategy using benchmarking data and market judgment.
Coordinate in market surveys such as McLagan and maintain benchmarking data.
Partner with Finance to build bonus pool models and run scenario analysis.
Own compensation reporting and insights for decision-making across HCM.
Conduct pay equity analysis to ensure fairness across roles.
