This contract-to-hire role requires onsite work 3 days and remote 2 days. You will collaborate with the Compensation Manager, prepare materials for initiatives, document processes, perform statistical analyses, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of compensation analysis/design experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform independent analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic compensation plans with the Compensation Manager.
• Prepare materials for compensation initiatives and presentations.
• Document processes for compensation-related programs.
• Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of base pay programs.
• Coordinate salary surveys and analyze results.
