Talent Search Pro is seeking a Compensation Consultant to partner with senior HR leaders on market-competitive pay strategies and job architecture. This role supports large-scale projects, mentors junior staff, and helps drive business development through client engagements.

You will design and implement compensation programs, analyze data, and leverage AI-enabled tools to deliver insights. A hybrid schedule balances in-office collaboration with remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation consulting or HR advisory roles.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects and client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy and market analysis methodologies.
• Strong client relationship management with executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses for project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs for attraction and retention.
• Provide consulting on pay strategy, job architecture, and digital activation of designs.
• Thrive in an environment with AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and relationships.
• Guide and oversee junior team members and ensure quality deliverables.
• Generate revenue by developing new client relationships and cross-selling.
