Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Workday, or SAP are preferred, as well as knowledge of FLSA and related laws. This onsite role offers a contract engagement with a focus on accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in compensation.
• Experience in job evaluation and market pricing.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and ERP systems knowledge (Workday/SAP).
