Job summary

You will design and execute market-competitive pay programs, lead annual planning, and advise leadership to align pay with business goals. The role requires 5+ years of compensation experience, a relevant degree, and strong analytics with Excel/Power BI and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field is required.
• 5+ years hands-on compensation experience is required.
• Advanced data analytics and proficiency with Excel/Power BI and Workday are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation strategy and program design including salary structures and pay policies.
• Lead annual compensation planning for the business group and advise on decisions.
• Benchmark market data, analyze pay equity, and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, pay equity laws, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to guide decisions.
