Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay program administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to explain compensation concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand compensation needs and provide market data-backed recommendations.
• Conduct market pricing analyses and review survey data for competitiveness.
• Administer compensation programs including merit planning, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Evaluate requests and align with compensation philosophy, pay structures, and business objectives.
• Support growth, mergers and acquisitions, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate on organizational design, job architecture, and business transformation projects.
• Develop scalable compensation processes and improve data integrity in systems.
