Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Comfortable working in a broad role and undertaking a variety of activities.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills using Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation analysis and support for Compensation and HR colleagues across all Wellington business areas and locations.
• Primary duties include reporting and analyzing compensation data, undertaking market data analysis, offer review, transfer review, and compensation cycle support.
• Advise on compensation levels for new hire offers by conducting thorough analyses to ensure they are both competitive and fair.
• Participate in firm-wide compensation competitive analysis. Activities include participating in third party surveys, undertaking analysis, interpretation and reporting of external and internal benchmarking.
• Provide support for the Mid-Year and Year-End compensation review processes. Provide support for other compensation related projects including regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations through detailed compensation analysis and reporting.
• Create and maintain compensation tools, resources, and frameworks.
• Performs other duties as needed in support of department goals.
