Job summary

Business Centric Technology in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to develop and maintain compensation programs and ensure employees are paid competitively, fairly, and equitably.

This contract-to-hire role requires onsite work 3 days and remote 2 days. You will collaborate with the Compensation Manager, prepare materials for initiatives, document processes, perform statistical analyses, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of compensation analysis/design experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform independent analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel.

Our Dallas, TX-based client is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to develop and maintain the company s compensation programs and ensure employees are paid competitively, fairly, and equitably. This is a contract-to-hire position, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

COMP: Up to $54/HR based on candidate s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

• Work directly with the Compensation Manager to develop strategic plans for the compensation area.
• Prepare presentation materials for compensation initiatives.
• Develop, revise, and document processes in support of compensation-related programs.
• Develop and perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of base pay programs.
• Coordinate participation and analysis of general and industry-specific salary surveys.
• Develop job descriptions and conduct job evaluations and recommend levels for existing, new, or restructured jobs.
• Monitor and evaluate the company's compliance with FLSA regulations.

WHAT YOU LL BRING:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis/design.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform independent, in-depth analysis.
• Experienced in MS Office; Proficiency in MS Excel required.
