Job summary

Asset Living, a leading property management firm, is seeking a Community Manager in Los Angeles to oversee on-site operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances, ensure safety and compliance with fair housing guidelines, and drive resident satisfaction through effective service and events.

Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or 4 years in housing preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site personnel, scheduling, coaching, and development.
• Ensure daily/weekly onsite operations and reporting.
• Manage budgeting, operating plans, and financial reconciliations.
• Lead marketing plans and leasing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and implement retention programs.
• Enforce safety, fair housing, and company policies.
