Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience in housing/real estate operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management.
• Develop yearly budgets, monitor expenses, and manage operating reports.
• Lead leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Address resident concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage emergency response and on-site staffing schedules.
