Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Westminster, CO to oversee the entire operation of a housing community, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities. You will ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines while driving resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and on-site staff performance.
• Ensure leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk management compliance.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections.
• Plan and execute marketing and leasing strategies.
• Lead emergency responses and ensure safety compliance.
