Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Senior Community Manager in Boulder, CO to oversee all operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring compliance with fair housing and safety standards.

The role requires on-site leadership, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations, with a focus on delivering excellent service and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years housing industry experience.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of housing community and supervise staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finance, admin and risk.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor resident relations and leasing performance.

Education
