BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Phoenix, ensuring strong customer service and financial performance.

You will lead leasing, marketing, maintenance, and staff development, while maintaining occupancy goals and regulatory compliance, with a focus on resident satisfaction and safe, compliant property operations.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel via car or plane on average 20% of the time.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and respond to residents, ensuring excellent service.
• Hire, train and mentor property staff; evaluate performance.
• Ensure budgeting, purchasing and vendor management per BH policy.
