Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, ensuring financial, administrative, sales, marketing, and maintenance standards are met while delivering excellent customer service.

You will monitor market trends, implement leasing strategies, manage resident relations, and coordinate maintenance and staff development. A 3–5 year track record in property management is expected, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the time.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage resident relations and respond to service requests promptly.
• Coordinate budgeting, vendor management, and procurement per BH policy.
• Hires, trains, mentors property staff and conducts evaluations.
