Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years in property management, strong communication, leadership abilities, and willingness to travel ~20% for site coverage and collaboration with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time by car or plane.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to meet company standards and compliance.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to influence marketing and leasing.
• Develops resident retention strategies and responds to service issues promptly.
• Manages maintenance requests and ensures preventative programs are followed.
• Collaborates with Regional Manager on budgets and financial processes.
• Hires, trains, and supervises property staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
