BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, ensuring financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance tasks meet BH standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will supervise staff, develop budgets with Regional Manager, implement marketing and leasing strategies, monitor occupancy and revenue, coordinate repairs, and maintain resident satisfaction through proactive communication and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Willingness to travel ~20% by car or plane.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and general computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• State leasing license required or obtainable within required timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Regularly inspect the property to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and BH standards.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident retention through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate repairs/maintenance and manage turnover of vacant units.
• Assist Regional Manager with operating income/expense budgets and vendor management.
• Review income/expense reports, collect revenues, and manage accounts receivable.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop property staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
