Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Community Manager II to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community, ensuring financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance standards are met; strong customer service is essential.

You will lead leasing strategies, supervise staff, manage vendor relations, and prepare regular reports while ensuring safety regulations and BH policies are followed. Travel ~20% may be required; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

3-5 years of property management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience required.
High School or GED required, some college preferred.
State leasing license where required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property operations, including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance.
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Monitor budgets, vendor relations and maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
Hire, train, supervise and mentor staff; conduct evaluations and corrective actions.
Prepare weekly/monthly property operational reports and ensure safety compliance.
