Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II to supervise day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, driving financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership, sharp communication, and a hands-on approach to maintenance, marketing, and reporting.

You will partner with regional leadership, manage budgets, analyze market trends, and implement retention strategies while ensuring safety and quality standards across the property.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage budgets, payments, invoices, and vendor relationships.
• Hire, train and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations as needed.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
